Yes, we choose what services are best for you. This is typically when clients have been coming to me to get their core issues taken care of and then come monthly or so to keep digging for more peace and gold in their lives.  The other type of person who uses this is who has done the intro session, but are not ready to come in regularly.

We spend time assessing what is your next best therapy given what has transpired in your life. We quickly discuss what previous therapies you have had and what has and hasn't worked for you, so we can easily get into more healing of your soul.

At your first session:

• You will come to a relaxing environment.

• We will review your Questionnaire and assess
  where you are.

• We will focus on each area one at time, so you are not so overwhelmed.

• You can get to meet more parts of yourself that
  are causing the disconnections in your life.

• You get to love yourself, even more than you do now.
